Abandoned, ghostly building

Creepy place. Urgh, cobwebs. I hear the guy who owns this place is still here. He should turn on the lights. Not that there are any guests left. But he could dust the place off. Maybe clean all the grime off the windows. Fix his sign. It's no wonder nobody comes in here.

Expect that wait, that guy would be me right? So, I have to do the work of opening it up again? Awww, man.............
