Harry Potter 4

I saw Harry Potter 4 on Thanksgiving, and actually liked it pretty well. I hadn't really expected to like it much 'cause the third one was so disgusting. But it was good. A few objections of course.

One: The beginning was really fragmented, and unless you already knew the story (I have it practically memorized), I think it would have been REALLY confusing.

Two: They made Bauxbatons(did I spell that right?) a girls school and Durmstrang a boys school.

Three: Hermione is getting even prettier, and she's not supposed to be.

Four: Fleur Delacour really wasn't all THAT pretty in the movie, and she's supposed to be quarter freakin' VEELA!!!!!!

Five: They left out Winky.

Six: THERE WAS NO LIGHTING!!!!!!!!!!!

Seven: I think they didn't do enough with Rita Skeeter. They didn't mention most of the articles she wrote, or about Hagrid and his half-giantness

Eight: They spent too long on the first task

Nine: They didn't do much with Harry and Ron fighting

Ten: They left out so much, and it really needed to be two movies in order to fit in the important bits.

But like I said, overall it was good. My favorite part might have been the Yule Ball. Especially Ron's dress robes :o) Oh yeah, Ron's hair. That was another thing that really bugged me.

Great News

Okay, I have some great news as of a few weeks ago. When I entered my story in the international SF contest, I recieved a phone call saying that I had one the national portion of it. This was wonderful, but happened a while ago. Well, a few weeks ago, I get a check in the mail! I wasn't even aware there was a prize. And get this: the prize - is for 400 bucks. Yeah. Wow.
